  I go in the drive thru like an ordinary mc Donald’s however for 10 minutes we finally get up to the food window a guy says did you Order chicken nuggets and root beer I said no he said or did you order the big meal I said what big meal another guy comes in and says did you order the happy meal and 5 dollar meal deals I say yes but he said the food was sloppy so go to the curbside pickup it will be 7 minutes.20 minuets later still no food so we walk inside at the counter I said where’s my food it’s been 40 minutes She said ok we will make it right now my dad talks to a lady that’s been waiting a hour and thirty minutes finally after 1 hour of waiting we got our food but in the happy meal they only gave me a cheeseburger wrapping no cheeseburger

  I wish i could give this mcdonalds 0 stars. i’ve worked in the town center for about a year now, and i can’t remember a single time they’ve gotten my order right. Today they messed up my order horrifically. They took my order incorrectly in the drive through i believe, due to them leaving a trainee to work it by herself. At the payment window they tried ringing me up for a rachelle, to which i corrected the man ringing me up and repeated my entire order. They still rung me up for the mobile order. At the food window they handed me her food and i repeated myself a multitude of times just trying to get a coffee. The manager i believe was the one to give me my coffee, and she didn’t apologize once for the fact that they royally screwed me over. This is a horrible location, and i recommend you go elsewhere for quick and cheap food.

  I had DoorDash a strawberry milkshake and two strawberry cream pies. The milkshake I got wasn’t even a milkshake. It was a smoothie, but they made it look like a milkshake. And the pies that I got were burnt and looked terrible. Never ordering from that McDonald’s again.

  If I could give zero I would, they messed my order up 3 times. If we had an allergy we would be messed up. When I tried to get my order fixed I was met with attitude. The worst McDonalds in Virginia . If you need a pit stop go anywhere else.
