Staff was focused on only moving drive thru and were barely answering customers at the front counter. Couldn't even get a refund.

Had me sit in drive thru for 10 minutes then ask me to pull off to the side for another 4 minutes. I order ahead of time through the app to save myself and them time but never works. Food was made wrong but at this point I don't want to waste anymore time. McDonald's needs to do better.
