  Placed a pickup order for a 7.5 lb beef tenderloin several days in advance. Went to pick up and they did not have it. They said the order cancelled itself because the item was not in stock. Was not informed before I drove to get it. Had to go inside and find my own substitutions for dinner that were nowhere close to what I ordered. Asked for number to call to make sure I don’t get charged because it showed that we were still getting charged the full amount. I love shopping in store but that was a terrible pickup experience to not have the only item I ordered and offer no substitutions.

  Some of the deli staff really need some training. I spend a lot of money on Boar's Head products every single weekend. Almost every time I go except for a few select employees the order is always wrong. This time I got two packages of cheese with Boar's Head smoked gouda on the labels, and one was a low sodium provolone. I asked for a quarter pound. There had to be almost a half pound of each. Same thing with the no salt turkey. I asked for a pound and a quarter I got a pound and 3/4.. the price for the two cheeses is similar so I'm not going to worry about that.. but I asked for a quarter pound of each for a reason. I also ask for a certain weight on the sliced Meats for a reason because I use them for the week. And I would like to not have a whole bunch left over going into the next week... I stopped going on Sundays because I thought it would be better on Saturdays and it was last week. There's a guy with long black hair that works there he had the meats cut and had me out of there and less than a couple of minutes. I waited a half an hour to get four items from the deli this time... and 3 out of four were wrong.. please do better Martins you're the only one that has Boar's Head... I took some pictures and posted below. But that is even way more than a half pound of cheese.. I have no idea what they did or how they calculated what I was going to pay.. there's a reason why I only get a small amount of cheese over the weekend because I don't need it sitting around during the week.. I imagine some people would say you should be happy you got way more cheese than you wanted. No im not.. please do better Martins

  It's a Fantastic grocery store with many great deals all posted in places where everyone can see them. Meat is terrific and price very competitively. Store brand is very good too! They give money off for gas at their station right in front of the store!
