Based on other reviews saying the manager is a man, and not her, I guess it’s anyone’s guess which employee is lying. Either way, she is so rude and even when she makes a mistake with the food or the drink, she gets rude and agitated as if you were the one who did it. Don’t bother going to this one when there’s another one right down the highway, both directions.

The biggest collection of absolutely incompetent workers in one place, each thinking they're morally superior. The manager is a disaster of magnitude rarely seen in real life. If you like bad coffee with a side of ineptitude, this is the place for you.
