  I have never once had a not cold, not overcooked burrito from this location, I’m not sure why I keep going back, maybe just hoping that management will change and the FORTY DOLLAR food will be made properly for once in this restaurants life.

  THE WORSE I HAVE EVER EATEN AT. People are rude not friendly both times I visited the food bins were empty where they had to scrape from the bottom of the bins. I don’t know who manages this establishment but it’s a shame that at 12:15 pm empty food bins cold food you have to take home and reheat. Hey but they don’t mind charging you $14 or more for a cold dried out burrito mess. People save your money and get a real burrito a an authentic Mexican grill. IM DONE WITH THIS DRIED OUT WASTE OF MONEY PLACE! If zero was an option that’s my rating.

  I have dined at this chipotle multiple times and give it mixed reviews. I have been when it is really really good, and I have been when it is really really bad. Tonight was one of those bad nights. First when we walked in we were greeted by very nice people and then that is where it all went downhill. This location always has been understaffed and the line has several of the food items missing. Tonight multiple meat options were empty causing customers to wait, no brown rice, or fajita veggies. I asked for brown rice that was given to me from the drive through line which is not a problem. I was not going to wait on veggies since the one and only cook said it was going to be many minutes for multiple different items. Sitting down to eat many of the tables were very dirty and the so was the floor. That’s when I ate my food, the rice was so crunchy it was almost uneatable and the two tortillas for my tacos were also very tough and almost over heated. I do want to add that my family of three, one man waiting for veggies, and a man paying were the only customers so it wasn’t very busy at all. I probably would have walked out when I first went in, but my teenage daughter really had her heart set on eating there.

  This is the second time that I’ve come to this chipotle, and it has been so disgustingly dirty. The tables were not clean. I wanted to dine in, but it was too nasty. The floor had food and napkins on it. behind the counter where they serve the food there was food everywhere. The first girl That started my order was going so fast that she wasn’t even listening to what I was saying that I wanted. Needless to say it was a very poor experience. I purchased the food because the food is tasty, but I was so turned off from the conditions of the restaurant that I almost just turned around and walked out again. This is not the first time that I’ve come to this restaurant and it has been so nasty. The staff stands behind the counter and just talk while the dining room is in such disarray.

  Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Food looked crusty and old with just the ends left. No friendly staff. Jaden made my burrito, he is useless. I asked for double chicken which he didn't do, I asked for guac on the side and didn't get any, I asked for sour cream and didn't get any. My burrito was lukewarm and mediocre. Avoid this one.
