We had about 13 to 14 orders totaled. 3 were wrong and 4 wasn't in bag but we didn't realize until after we were back at work location. At which time it took almost 30 minutes for someone to answer and said it be fixed. Once I sent someone back to pick it up lunch was almost over and just simply gave $25 coupon which didn't make up for lost time nor the ones who didn't get to eat!

The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, everyone smiles and seems happy to be there. The food is always hot, well-presented, and most importantly, it tastes great. The restaurant itself is spotless, which really says a lot. Hands down, this is the best Buffalo Wild Wings we’ve ever been to—possibly the best in the country. Credit goes to the staff and manager Scott Monroe. Thanks 👍

This is a way of advertising for companies and they should honor this coupon. 12/22/2025 lunch time pre ordered to go. The manager told me that "We don't have a button for that". So I ordered telling the staff that I had this coupon, drove 12 miles to get there, and waited in line only to be disregarded. Poor experience during this visit.
