Got a number 11 (Chicken catina tacos) with fries, took a little while to get the food so on the way home I eat my fries (not even hot, just warm) I don't want them to get any colder, get home, eat the nachos and then I go to open my tacos...they look horrible, one barely has any chicken on it and the pieces on it are not even chicken, just pieces of fat or chicken skin (i am not sure) both tacos are broken in the middle and the other one has no cheese on the taco. It was all melted to the paper. I tried calling,no answer. I know it's late.
Go back and tell Bryan that he gave me no receipt and that I had eaten the nachos already but I wanted my money back for the tacos,he told me since I had eaten half the meal that I could not get my money back, only thing he could do was have them make them again,I told him i honestly don't trust that they would be made correct the second time,if not the first. He basically tells me thats my only option. (At this point i am feeling like a bother so i fold) I get the window and hand him the bag so he can see how they look,he says i can keep them because they can't do anything with them,I still give them back....I just want correct, not free. I get my second bag and Bryan tells me there are extra Acacado sauces..........ok.
I pull into a space to check before I leave this time (still no receipt) the "made correctly" were still terrible. One taco still has no cheese on the shell and the second was literally in pieces like it was punched and the cheese was holding its pieces together.
Go around a second time and tell him I need him to find a way to give me my money back because what the heck is this!? Literally show him the pieces and this man has the nerve to ask me if I know how they chicken Cantina Tacos are made.........yea I do! Not like this!
I need my receipt and my money back.....he then says he can give me a receipt but he does not know how to give me my money back when I ate half the meal. He then tells me he can print out my receipt and tells me I can speak to a Sonya tomorrow, she is a manager and might be able to help me. So I left with NO tacos and no refund and have to HOPE that i can get some help........tomorrow.

I spent 14 dollars on a chalupa meal and the bread was cold and the manager Cassandra called my boyfriend a liar when he called and let them know . Horrible way to treat a customer when we were just letting them know about a problem.
