  While our server was polite and cheerful, our overall experience was disappointing. We ordered a pizza with extra cheese and two other toppings, but one was missing when it arrived. When I asked the server if the topping was on the pizza, she smiled and said “No!” like it was no big deal. I told her that I had asked for it, and she replied, “Oh… but is this okay?” No — I’d like what I ordered, please. She remained pleasant and took it back, but instead of making a new pizza, the kitchen just added the missing topping to the same one and recooked it, leaving it hard and overdone. We stayed polite and didn’t make a fuss, but when we later found several strands of hair cooked into the pizza, that was the last straw. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. I paid full price and tipped, but I won’t be returning. Such a shame — this location used to be so good that I’d drive a whole county over just for their pizza.

  Upon arrival I saw two pizzas on the counter I hoped they were not mine. When the counter help came I told them pick up for Paul. In fact they were mine cooling. I mentioned is this where you put pick up up to get cool… yes this is normal we do not have a warmer!! For 60.00 dollars I would have loved to have hot pizza.

  So disappointed in having to post this. First and foremost I am 100% a Ledos fan. Traveling across the US and Canada being forced to eat everyone home town Pizza or just chain pizza. Sharing how great Ledos is as my home town was always fun. Where they do not cut corners and they quality of their pepperoni that isnplaced exactly on each square is so perfect. Hundreds of people. Last night's experience was a huge disappointment. I feel directly related to no manager or failure to empower employees to do what is right. Order was ready as scheduled. Very nice young lady was delivering at the counter. I asked for a cup of olives since I had forgotten when I placed the order. She confirmed I ordered the meat lovers. She rhrn informed me that it was made with the meatlovers chopped mix in error. What? Chopped mix I was very confused. Her term may have been different I am describing what it was. I feel maybe calzone filling. It looked nowhere near like a Ledos Pizza. I was not very pleased. How can you know an order is incorrect, then ask the customer do they want it or does the customer want to wait for a new one. Why would they not correct it and just tell me when I arrive we discovered and error and your new pizza in the oven. So I wait for new Pizza. They did not remake my wings or my Ravioli. So now I have waited, and 2 of 3 parts of order no longer fresh. Empowered to do what is right failed. To finalize there was zero consideration. Not a coupon for future order. Not a credit for what I purchased. Nothing. Just here is your order and have a nice evening. I feel She was just embarrassed since she knew it was bad service ans was not trained or empowered to resolve. Order was at 6:15 so just normal workload. So disappointed.

  We didn’t get pizza this time but got gyros and they were awesome! My 85 year old dad said it was one of the best he’s ever had. Reasonably priced and stuffed full on ingredients. I will definitely order again
