On Dec 4th I had a bad experience with the cashier, a female employee was rude and rolled their eyes at me, I can provide details if store contacts me. Employee was female, short , dark hair and tattoos on their arm. I asked for their name and they walked away and appeared to go to the bathroom. I asked another employee to provide me with the name and they said they did not know as they were in training.

I asked one of the servers politely, what did she say, when I did not understand her question. She repeated herself but I was then welcomed with a very disrespectful remark in Spanish in which she said “it’s as if what I just said went one ear and out the other” and several staff in the front line started laughing. I paused and looked at them all irate because I understood what they said. FYI, señoras stop being chismosas. Y puedo hablar Español. I then found two hairs in my chipotle bowl. I am very disappointed. I have been coming to this chipotle for years and never experienced what I experienced today. I will never come back. If there is management, please be aware.
