- PPPatriciaNov 10, 20254.0The lady who made our meals, I am guessing it was Aubrey (from the receipt) blonde lady and younger, she was awesome. However, the darker haired lady who, was apparently the manager based on her picture being on the wall behind the register, was very rude and created what can be seen as a hostile work environment. She was making comments about how the blonde lady was doing everything wrong and made comments to the customers about “how some employees cannot get anything right” this was extremely uncalled for by any means. The lady should show better customer care and watch what she says to and about anyone when she is in front of customers. The blonde lady made our sandwiches just fine, and was quite polite to us in asking how we wanted our sandwiches. To me the importance is, “is the customer happy? Yes? Then shut your trap about your harassment if you have latent issues with your fellow employee.” Oh and the Turkey thanksgiving sandwich thing is alright but missing gravy lol
