Why I give this place 1 star is because of internal issues and that the employees are usually getting extra shifts/hours/responsibilities. It's easy to blame the employees or the managers but i say its because they are on a shoestring budget and can't profit enough to justify enough hirings at good wages. It turns into a revolving door with good pizza and unlucky employees who get customers angry but are trying their best with the amount of stuff they have to do during a lunch/dinner rush alone.
