  So this might be the best Wendy's that I've ever been to. The food was fast, fresh, and so hot I had to be careful not to burn the inside of my mouth. It tasted delicious too, and I'm laying live with the coke freestyle machine; Coke with lime is the way to go!

  The customer service at this location is not good. Today (april 7th) there is a promotion of free fries and frosty for March Madness. Tried to call before leaving the house to confirm this location participated in the promotion but no one ever answers. So when I pull up to the drive thru (since the door to actual restaurant is closed before 8:30pm- i am assuming they lock the door early if they are short staffed but there were 2 employees inside so one person could have manned the desk and other at the drive thru) the lady said you need a code. Nowhere on advertised promotion for today's event does it specify needing a code. When i try to explain to the lady she was still insistent that she was right and stopped responding altogether so I just left. The employees need to be more well aware of what is happening at their store. Called another wendys nearby and confirmed no code was needed. So ended up leaving here (nimmo location) and went to general booth.
