  Tuesday, April 7th 2026 at about 12:05-12:10, I came in and ordered a baconator combo: medium with 4 tenders as well. I get back and checked the bag. They charged me for the tenders that they did not put in the bag and gave me a son of baconator with large fries. $21 for that. Today, April 9th at 12:10, I ordered the exact same thing. They said $17 this time which I assumed meant they remembered their last mistake since I'm a regular. Instead, when I got the bag, there was a four piece nugget in the bag. I hand the bag back and tell them I ordered tenders. The lady who spoke to me misheard, which is fine. It happens. The issue was she got up in arms about it and tried to tell me what I said was the nuggets. I have never ordered nuggets once in my life. They took the nuggets off and charged me the difference. I didn't feel arguing and paid for the tenders twice. Steer clear. They have been consistently incorrect lately.

  Me and the bros came here for lunch last week on a road trip to Myrtle Beach and we had a great lunch here! We got chicken nuggets and split em. The food was good and they even have my favorite barqs root beer! We sat in a booth because us slay queens love a good booth! Yea that was a good lunch especially when Kyle belched really loud and we all cackled ! Definitely coming back again!

  Beware the drive through. Made a custom order for a baconator without mayo, add mustard and pickles. After leaving tha Plaza location and arriving at work, I discovered that my request was completely ignored. Very heavy mayo, and none of the add ons. Just a regular baconator. Will definitely have to check before leaving if there is a next time at that location.
