  First time at this location. Will Be my last time, Rude customer service. Said hi, pulling up to the screen to order. Zero response. Said thank you after my order… zero response, I was very polite throughout the whole process. Get up to the window and say hi nothing. Handed me my food I said thank you nothing. As she proceeded to speak to her co- workers, not once looking at me! Hire people with actual personalities not people that ignore you through drive-through! Ridiculous!

  I am extremely disappointed in my service tonight! Not only was the person taking my order clearly distracted while taking it because my order was wrong, but I asked for the new Oreo brown frosty. He made me a chocolate frosty with chocolate syrup. I asked specifically of the toppings were in there, because I’d had it before and it looked different. He shouted me the toppings were in there. But they’re not. So I paid inflated rates for a frosty with chocolate syrup. I could’ve done this at home. Just extremely disappointed with the overall service and experience tonight.

  Employee was very rude. There was no greeting, she immediately got snippy with the customers and run their mouth as we left because of their attitude.
