    I ordered an unsweetened ice tea in the dining room via the kiosk. I very much do not like those machines since it takes a much shorter time to give my order to a real person rather than go through the process of the kiosk. The person at the counter who was right in front of me never acknowledged my presence, hence one of my issues with the kiosks. The tea was delivered to me promptly and with courtesy. When I sat at a table to drink the tea, it was, not surprisingly, sweet tea. I say "not surprisingly" because this mistake happens occasionally. This mistake should never happen. It only happens because the staff does not pay attention. I returned the tea to the counter, mentioned the sweet tea and he promptly and with courtesy gave me a fresh unsweetened tea. So this mistake was corrected quickly. At least I was in the dining room where I could get the mistake corrected easily. The dining room looked very nice. I liked the style and it was clean. I didn't see any dirty tables or messy floors. The bathroom was also very clean. That's why the atmosphere was given 5 stars. If the staff can get it right when a patron orders an unsweetened tea, then the restaurant has something to brag about. I stopped going to Wendy's for a while because the quality of food went downhill. I might try a meal again there, if I can be convinced the food and the service has improved.

    Manager that is working today at 3:41pm is very unprofessional. Had a concern and she would not acknowledge me. Got an attitude about me trying to ask her for help.

    I eat here a few days out the week for breakfast as my job is 3 mins away. The morning crew are so unprofessional especially the African American short lady with the glasses i believe she is a manager based on the shirt she wears. She's so rude I'll say "good morning" she wont respond and just shoves the bag and drink out the window. If she hates her job that bad she needs to resign.

    This Wendy’s will mess up your order. Refuse to fix and then tell you that they have a no refund policy. And Katrina or whatever the manager’s name is was rude and outright disrespectful.
