- IIIggy_gangz5 days ago1.0I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru for my order, only to find out it had somehow been canceled. After remaking the order, the staff tried to charge me a second time. I then went inside to request a refund and waited another 10 minutes before anyone helped me. In the end, they gave me the food, but after waiting nearly an hour, it was cold. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s.

I have heard cussing and rudeness to employees and customers. That has been completely annoying as heck when you are trying to eat. And the constant loud talking and talking about their lives, believe me customers and I don't want to hear that. So i will not be going in there anymore. Really a pathetic establishment! The owners have no clue how to run there business. That's why they have many stores around locally closing.Employee burn out happens quick so does the employee turn over. So many restaurants constantly looking for employees because all said and done If they start eliminating toxic leadership at work,then then companies would thrive much further

Everything came out of the kitchen, fast, tasty and Correct. We dined in, as it is always clean , bright and friendly. Hands down, this Wendy’s is among the best for service and food.
