  You guys really need to start warming up your shells because that strong chemical taste is absolutely disgusting. Happened both times I ate here!! never again coming to this tacobell

  Last night, I ordered through the app and intended to pick up via drive through. After letting them know I had a mobile order, I ended up waiting in line for about 30-40 minutes. The line extended to 5 cars behind me and eventually they left. I backed up and asked what the hold up was and despite the cars in front of me not moving, the worker said I had to wait a moment and finally she said their system was down. The least they could do was walk out and let everyone know of the situation. Well, after informing them I wanted to cancel my order, they said I had to cancel using the app. I couldn't cancel because the order was already being "prepped". I eventually got out of the car and walked up to the window and they had it ready. I was still stuck behind someone. The food was cold, the pintos and cheese was loose and runny, so that was thrown out. I am not one to complain, but this was perhaps the worst experience I ever had a fast food chain. I'm sorely disappointed and will not waste my time going back to this location.

  I came into the tacobell on first colonial Road at 10:55 pm and placed a order. I placed a order for three small fries and some loaded crispy chicken wrap and two loaded wraps for my babies. The Young Black Man with Dread Locs on his head with a hat on and no hair cover had the nerve to say oh my God we have to drop a small order of fries cause they dont got it. Basically calling me broke for ordering small orders not knowing what or Who it's for! He and his coworkers laughed making me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Stop hiring children! Store number 005481
