  Dissatisfied customer. We couldn't use the kiosk and neither could the workers. We are customizer success strategist and this was a flop. They missed an item and the drink didnt come with the meal. Seeing how you're open 24 hours make sure you take naps and get it right next time.😡

  Team member Dominic was super nice and friendly! We came super early in the morning he was very funny and attentive and courteous! All team members should be like him!

  Initially they forgot my drink and then when I got it and parked I saw it was warm with no ice. But aside from that small detail at this location, everything new anymore is spicy.. wish they had more coming out for people who can't tolerate the level they take it to

  This isn’t the first time . We have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes . The line hasn’t moved and the guy working the window says they can’t tell the other cars to pull over so the others can leave . Always seems to be one person working and the food put together is sloppy .

  Went to this Taco Bell for the 1st time at appr 12:40am tonight 1/20/26 . Was greeted by a young lady who asked what I want I proceed to tell her what I wanted to order which was 2 soft tacos and hard taco and she responds in a disrespectful tone “ u killing me here” . I get up to window and I was greeted was a cold and callous energy with the girl being pissed that I came so late. So she proceeds to ask me what sauce would I like I tell her mild. She hands me my bag and I get all the way home just to not have any sauce in bag and tacos full of lettuce with little to no meat! This is getting very old with sistas and thru customer service. If u dnt want to work please stay at home but dnt bring that bs to the job. I was just getting off work also, I wouldn’t recommend this location and will not be going back!!
