  I went to this supway yesterday i ordered a Italian protein pocket i thought i could build it with my own toppings as you normally can do when purchasing a sandwich or anything from subway the cashier then stated i cant add or take away anything i said i just want onions she proceeded to tell me i can not get onions on it then i asked for a manager she said there was not one i continued to ask for a manager and she called a lady from the back and said tell her she cant add anything the lady proceeded to tell me the store is privately owned and the owner pays for everything and stated they are not supposed to but told the girl put the onions on it the girl continued to try to fuss with me saying she is not going to get in trouble for this because the owner said no she finally added the onions i paid for my stuff i was on the phone with a friend and started laughing the lady still wanting to fuss with me saying and your laughing as if i couldn’t then proceeded to talk trash to me the other worker had to tell her to stop saying anything this is ridiculous and to be treated this way as im patronizing this establishment if we cant get what we want or what we are paying for close it up n sell it because this is bad business and i will never return to this establishment and i will tell everyone i know not to go either i have lived in the area for several years been to this subway a few times never have i ever been treated in such a manner i hope they get no business every again

  When my food was ready, there were still 20 minutes left until the shop closed; yet, using impolite language to tell me I couldn't sit inside, they effectively kicked me out.

  Mold in the ice machine that dropped into my cup from the fountain soda machine today. Told the worker and was told I could grab a new cup, but...from the same dirty and unsanitary dispenser as they only have 1. Maybe avoid the fountain drinks and get a bottled drink.
