  Siyonna was so nice and patient and made sure that I was able to get my order even though they had technical difficulties. She couldve turned me away but instead she made sure i got my order. Very great staff. Not used to seeing customer service workers going above and beyond these days! Thank you so much you made my night!

  I have given this place too many chances cause its right there by where i live. HOWEVER this was my last straw cause the wait time seems to be the most bull i have to put up with. Why am i waiting behind one person in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they haven't even taken their order, and then when i finally get up to it they want me to wait even longer. I had a mobile order for 1 drink, it should only take less than 2 minutes. And why didn't i just use the stall, cause whenever you use a stall here, depending on whose working it would still take 20 minutes, sometimes almost a full hour for 1 drink. Ive had it. There are some really sweet people who work here that are fast and efficient, and i wish them the best but more often then not its not them whos working but the ones who do nothing but waste time leaving me to wait forever for the simplest of order of 1 drink

  Ordered 2 chili dogs with mustard and onions only. Had to repeat the order three times. Then had to wait as it appeared not enough staff working here. Then finally got my two hot dogs- covered with cheese😡😡

  I ordered a strawberry limeade and what I received was a drink that looked like it had been sitting in the ice for a long time and it also looked like someone had taken a big gulp out of the cup before putting the lid on.

  I wanted to try the new six dollar Smashburger combo meal. I won’t hold the staff responsible for the long delay. There was a guy two cars in front of me that was obviously causing trouble. When I ordered my Smashburger they said it did not come with cheese, which I did not know. I got to the window, took my order and drove away when I got home the Smashburger was OK, but it was sloppy. I don’t know what they did to their crinkle fries but they are horrible. They’re like chunks of little crinkle fries not big fries that you expect to get, total garbage. I don’t hold a staff responsible that’s a corporate decision, but I won’t be going back anytime soon
