  Asked for fresh fries and still got old fries Charged me for bacon and didn’t add the bacon and added ketchup to my burger when I only asked for cheese and pickle .Customer service 2/10 seems like they don’t want to be at work .

  The clerk got my order wrong. She was too busy laughing and talking and not listening to what I was saying...too busy laughing at me about what I was wearing...Sonic was a nice place at on time ago when they had folks who wanted to and enjoyed their job. The customer service was not good at all. Thank God we still have burger King

  This was my 1st time visiting and I was NOT disappointed. Their Sonic burgers are so much better than these other fast food burgers and near restaurant quality.

  Can't visit this location again. Have had poor service from this place before (slow,missing food, etc.). But this time was especially "different".Asked for my credit card even though they had a card reader, then forgot one of my drinks (other 2 were wrong by the way), they couldn't differentiate which flavors were which. Then after pulling all of my food out, realized that they had forgotten my corndogs. Said it would take 4 minutes to drop a new batch. Asked for a new batch of fries, onion rings, etc., because they would be cold, they're reply, "we'll put your food under a heat lamp, it's good enough for grubhub". Obviously the people at sonic aren't concerned about the quality of the food that they're putting out or the customers that they are serving. Disappointing

  Went there twice this week, first time our burgers were swimming in ketchup, second time the food was cold. Called the restaurant and the manager says bring the food back and they will remake it... needless to say we won't be going back to that location which blows because its less than 5 minutes away from my house
