- SCSarah Cease3 days ago1.0If I could give this place NEGATIVE 0 stars, I WOULD. The professionalism is deplorable. Whoever answered my call when I made a complaint did NOTHING AND THE SUPERVISOR HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Are you kidding?! They were not helpful at all! Then I tried calling back and they just put me on hold. I’m sorry that you can de-escalate a situation. I will never order from here again and I suggest none of you do either. Jeniah from another store close by, was helpful and very polite. I think she deserves the supervisor position at the store on 351 Birdneck Street because she has manners, professionalism, and a brain like the two other people I spoke to. Absolutely uncalled for!

- KKKirbyFeb 15, 20261.0Placed an order on the website for pickup and arrived to the store at the time of pickup. There was one person ahead of me ordering, and one person behind me. Then a DoorDash/ubereats person came in and just shoved in front of me and shoved the phone in the employees face. They should have made the door dash person wait, but they allowed them to continue to be rude. Their food wasn’t even ready and yet they stood in front and didn’t move. The food was okay, just standard Pizza Hut pizza, nothing super special.
