  good: NY style is good but not a good value at $20. I was greeted politely and promptly upon entering and my pizza was hot.... but should have check the wing things. (would hardly call them boneless wings) bad: no chairs in waiting area (not necessarily need because my food was ready upon walking in) THE UGLY: the boneless chicken wings were dreadful. they were warm breaded nuggets thingies....barely dressed with the flavor I ordered. They were dry hard and not eatable. They were part of a promo so I really just paid for the pizza. I WOULD NEVER ORDER THEM AGAIN. GROSS. its been years since I've had Papa John's and this is why. Disappointing sub par, will not be back. sns.

  The Birdneck location recently opened around the corner from me & decided to order The Works New York style on Sunday 11/16/25 and it was very good. Ready and hot when I picked it up at 5:30. I haven’t had Papa Johns pizza in years and hopefully will be getting more often. Please keep standards high and I will be back!
