- EPElise PierenMar 12, 20261.0decides to make everyones food in the line instead of making to order and immediately giving it to customers, they genuinely wait till everything is bagged for everyone so it takes forever. this is NOT the norm at any fast food place, nor other mcdonald’s locations. what is going on here??? i literally waited to submit my online code for 15 min while they did this crap, with many ppl on staff. this is not okay. plus they have 0 customer service skills, including the night manager. absolutely ridiculous on how they work. cold cookies, incorrectly done items, and etc.
