  I waited till 4am today to get breakfast, a was the first in line, bill was 31.16. Yet my order still wasn’t correct supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin yet there’s no egg, it’s really an inconvenience to pay correct money, a get home to incorrect product. This is just one of the many reasons why robots are goina take people’s jobs. An to put the cherry on top I asked for ketchup for my three hasbrowns a guess what… no ketchup smh. One day I’ll learn to just cook at home

  I always do custom orders because I like my food made how I like it, and in all the Virginia Beach area THIS IS THE ONLY McDonalds that can ever get my order right. If I say I don’t want something then they don’t put it in my order. If I say I want extra they go above, and beyond to give me extra. I highly recommend this McDonalds if you want your order customized.

  My order was made correctly and quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is one of the better locations I have visited. And it is open inside late at night. That was helpful when everything else was closed.

  I had an outstanding experience at McDonald’s - on Bonney Road location and I want to recognize Ciara and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, you could feel the pride and professionalism. The restaurant was clean, modern, and had a great vibe — the updates really show. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly right. That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s leadership. Ciara is clearly leading from the front. Even while recovering and moving around in a boot, she was still present, engaged, and setting the tone for her team. I joked that McDonald’s must issue management boots as part of the uniform now — because she didn’t miss a step! But in all seriousness, seeing a leader push through and still deliver excellence says a lot about her commitment and her standards. Great teams reflect great leadership — and this team is a direct reflection of Ciara. Thank you for the excellent service. I appreciate you all
