  I went to the drive thru on 4/5/2026@9:00pm. I wanted a ice cream cone. The young lady at the drive thru fix me a picture perfect ice cream cone. I was so excited. The young was very friendly kudos to her.

  This location is notorious for missing items in your order (fries, burgers, sauces, etc.). Always check before you walk out or drive off.

  Worst mcdonald’s ever, they put hair in your food and basically throw your food at you. The service is awful and they are disrespectful. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

  I think this is the best McDonald's in Virginia Beach. They are very prompt and professional. The food is always good.

  Never will go to a McDonalds in Virginia again. My family travels a lot and this is completely unacceptable behavior from employees everywhere I go in Virginia. They are all nasty and unhappy to be at work. I’ve worked in fast food and something is wrong about this state and the employees. Do better McDonalds and hire better employees if it’s them. But really every location in Virginia….
