  Worst experience ever. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Making me late for an appointment while others were in and out. (I ordered a burger and fries- nothing complicated and not a bug order

  I placed an order online. I only received half my order The other half was made incorrectly. I called back 20 times they ignored my phone calls answered once hung up and didn't answer again.

  Today, we had a wonderful experience ordering/dining in for breakfast. Isaiah, our cashier, was amazing—friendly, efficient, and made the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Junior, who handled and distributed customer orders, truly went above and beyond. Our food was nice and hot just the way we like our breakfast. With our order, we got decaffeinated coffee, but it wasn’t brewed to our liking. We ask Junior if he would kindly make a fresh pot. He asked if we’d prefer a fresh pot of regular coffee instead, and when we agreed, he made it—and it was absolutely delicious. That level of attentiveness and care really stood out. While taking care of their regular patrons they also had a large group of young teenage boys who were participating in a wrestling championship there in Virginia Beach and what was so amazing was that the line was moving at a very fast pace with the large group. It’s always refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Junior and Isaiah made our visit enjoyable and are a great representation of the team. They provided outstanding customer service.

  Rude staff both in AM & PM. AM staff will argue about adding a drink to a combo that already comes with a drink uncharging for a small.

  Ordered the big arch meal. Was told to wait in curbside parking. Waited almost an hour for my meal when everyone else got their order that parked way after I did. Some of their orders were way larger than mine. The employees clearly do not pay attention to orders they’re received in. I had to get the workers attention twice as she was carrying out other people’s orders, once again larger than mine and placed long after mine. Based on her face she was annoyed by me and had such attitude. Now the worst part was, my food was soggy… so my order had been sitting the whole time I was waiting! Don’t go to this location.
