  My food not only was cold but they are so disorganized and slow it took 30 minutes to get someone to make me an order and it was wrong

  Add at least 20-30 minutes. It’s almost like they see how long they can wait to make an order. There are at least 4 more places to order from that cost less and arrive faster.

  Dusk is an amazing employee. He remembers me whenever I come in and makes a connection every time. I hope he trains the new people on how to interact with guests so there can be more like him in your store! He is also always willing to help the guests who are older get the food to their tables and does it with a smile! Keep it up dusk!

  Ordered through the moble app and got food at the counter , was given my food with no fries, then once they gave me my fries they gave me no ketchup . Once I got all of those I started my meal and was given one four peice and one six peice when I ordered two 6 peice chicken nuggets . I think rhat whoever is working here preparing orders needs to to gona doctor about add or add problem - its not that hard to put fries and ketchup in a bag . Order number 1649 on March 25th 2026 . Thanks for nothing
