  Good sandwiches. Way overpriced ($30 for a sub and an half) and the servers were rude and expected a tip. Subway is one block away and despite being less flavorful it is a way better value for subs on the go.

  I'm done coming to this JJ because of attitude and poor customer service just about every time I visit... and if you do go, DO NOT ask to cut your sandwich in thirds!

  It took over an hour to have one sandwich delivered 1/4 a mile away. When I called the restaurant to ask about it, I was dismissed by the employee. The app showed that my food had been out for delivery for 40 minutes by the time I called. When I asked what sort of resolution that could be offered, I was told that I could either be refunded or simply wait for my food since he has no control over the driver once the food leaves the building. Lesson learned.

  The joint was extra busy this Sunday afternoon 2/15/26. There were people waiting for food in front of me as well as multiple people who walked in after me. The two guys there handled the rush so well running out online orders as well as handling all of us despite the extra stress. They deserve a raise! Or at the very least a morale boosting pizza party lol
