  They accidently delivered the food to the wrong address, (across the street) BUTTT the Manager Alan, personally and quickly delivered a brand new order to our house. He was here in 15 minutes after calling. Everyone is allowed to make mistakes but how you handle them makes a huge difference. Plus I am so grateful for the extra meal too. 🫶

  While in the area for work for two weeks we managed to go to Jimmy's John's probably 6 or 7 times. Friendly, attentive staff. Quick service. Solid sandwich.

  Great Sandwiches, just a little too much lettuce, on most sandwiches ! I always request light lettuce ! But, overall, great food

  Edit: came back, back to one star. Second review: I stayed away for most of the year, but I gave it another try about a couple weeks ago and it was great and now again tonight it’s outstanding so I’m not sure what changed but they’re definitely on the up Original review: terrible, one star
