  My Wife went to this store on Thursday around 1pm. Several things were going on with her but these guys didn’t know. She waited until I took a nap and went out to shop. She shopped, and the manager on duty chatted with her, helped her find her items , Laughed and talked with her. Even though my wife smiled they didn’t know what she was going through. She came home and expressed how nice the employees were to her and it made her day. The cashier one register 1,the deli lady, helping her get her special items, then the manager making sure all was well. It was just a good day. Thank you food lion for having a great staff.

  The store used to be my go-to store because it was clean, the employees were super friendly, and they had everything in stock. I've noticed the store going down hiill over time, but tonight was so disappointing. They had barely any meat and what they did have was expiring or gray already. They were out of stock of so many items. The outside was dirty, there were baskets everywhere and the prices were really high. I think I might have to switch over to the Salem Road location now, the drive is worth it. It's one of the last remaining good food science...
