The taller gentleman likely in his 50s seems like he absolutely hates his job and if that is the case DO NOT WORK THERE THEN. He’s not only disrespectful with his words and in his tone to customers, but he was belittling and being so rude to one of the young ladies so terribly it could be heard OUTSIDE of the drive thru window. C’mon Wendy’s, do an investigation of your own or simply take your customers into consideration.

I don't know why I've given them multiple chances aside from the convenience of the location because they ALWAYS mess it up. Lesson learned. I will drive the extra distance if I ever eat Wendy's again. Do better!

Hope the chili is still good in the loaded baked potato, and the chicken avocado salad used to be the best. Never know when you’re going to need a really good meal on the fly by! I love the cleanliness of every Wendy’s I’ve ever visited in any city. Bring back the sea salt fries.
