He’s not only disrespectful with his words and in his tone to customers, but he was belittling and being so rude to one of the young ladies so terribly it could be heard OUTSIDE of the drive thru window. C’mon Wendy’s, do an investigation of your own or simply take your customers into consideration.

I don't know why I've given them multiple chances aside from the convenience of the location because they ALWAYS mess it up. Lesson learned. I will drive the extra distance if I ever eat Wendy's again. Do better!
