The employee at the counter refused to provide the code and chose to argue instead, despite that I was clean, put together, and having advised that I would order right after as it was urgent. This response cost them my business and seemed more about exerting control than offering basic courtesy. No other Wendy’s I’ve visited handles restroom access this way. I hope your team is trained to treat customers like the human beings they are, rather than becoming so focused on control that compassion is forgotten.
