My favorite thing about getting fast food is rolling up to the window and being BLASTED with a wall of thick perfume. Then I grab my bag of food and my hand now smells like perfume, so that's nice when using my hands to eat my food. And best of all, I open my bag and am wafted with yet another wave of thick, unappetizing, invasive, pungent, unasked for perfume.
You're working at a fast food joint, not going to the club. This has happened multiple times at this location. Save the assault on your nose and drive to another location.

Can’t go to the bathroom at 8:59 because we open at 9 with attitude. When I get to the bathroom there’s no toilet paper and the water doesn’t work. .

This was my first time visiting this location and my last! I placed my order through drive thru and drove around to pay and get my food. I was greeted and I paid, then I was handed my drinks with no straws and waited on my food. I always have my kids check their drinks before leaving, just in case the taste is off and it was. The worker finally comes back to the window to hand me my food and I told her the sprite didn’t taste right. She told her manager that was standing there and I’m assuming another employee that was also standing there was the assistant manager and they both tasted it and said it was fine to them! I said well my son and daughter tasted it and it was off. They asked what we wanted to do about it and I said replace the drinks, I didn’t have an attitude, I just wanted a drinks that didn’t taste like carbonated water. I still had the drink carrier in my hands and the manager and the other employee or assistant manager, I’m not sure what his title was, rudely told me he didn’t want the drinks back and I could do whatever with them, he then said if I pulled up he’d fix my drinks and bring them out! The kind employee that took my money, was just as shocked as I was, that he spoke to me like that! I pulled up nevertheless and got out walked in and threw the drinks away in the lobby trash can and waited my my car until he brought my drinks out! Now I worked fast food many years ago and I understand not taking drinks back that customer drunk out of but what is unnecessary and unprofessional is being rude and disrespectful about it! Management at this location should be retrained to treat their customers with more respect!

Why is there a couple just hugging in the back ? Just everyone standing around like there isn’t customers ? Or mobile orders ? I get the drive thru has no one but the store did . lol see why it’s a low rating
