I told them and the guy at the window asked me to pull forward and they would bring them out. We waited over ten minutes and I got out of the car to go in and the guy in the line, that told us to pull forward, asked “you good??” I said yes I’m just waiting for the fry you told me to pull forward for. He finally brought us the fry and was on the phone with a friend the entire time and said nothing to us.

Crew seems uncaring about the appearance of the restaurant, customer service, food quality and food quantity to match advertised food pictures. Wouldn't recommend nor trust with a remake if order is wrong.

I was greeted, and I asked for a moment as I looked over the menu but I noticed the breakfast menu wasn’t displayed. I asked, “Where’s the breakfast menu?” but got no reply. I said “Excuse me” and “Hello” several times, with no response. I know they could hear me because I could clearly hear someone breathing through the intercom. I decided to go inside. One of the employees looked right at me, then continued doing whatever she was pretending to do. Eventually, she came over, and I asked her, “Do you all not put up your breakfast menu?” She rudely replied, “The girl is doing it now.” I responded, “So no one could say that while I was asking in the drive-thru?” She walked away without another word. Now I understand why there were no customers at this Wendy’s. That’s fine, I went up the street to Dunkin’ Donuts instead. I won’t be spending my money here. Wendy’s, do better. Your rude employees are costing you business.
