My family and I, a total of four people had to wait 20 minutes for one smoothies be made and at first they only made one smoothie when we had ordered four so we had to wait even more for the others smoothies to be made. I would like to say this was a while ago,so it has been some time,but I am in the area again and I was just reminded of how bad the experience was.

To date the issue remains unresolved. ORIGINAL: In December 2024, I experienced a service issue at your Virginia Beach location (209 Laskin Rd, Suite 108, Virginia Beach, VA 23451). At that time, I appreciated the effort to make things right by providing a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, when I recently prepared for my June 2025 trip and checked the balance on the gift card, it showed $0. Since there is no Tropical Smoothie Cafe near my home, I had saved the card to enjoy during my travels. I called your customer service line twice on June 13, 2025, and again on June 16, 2025, to report the issue and request assistance. It has now been over 30 days, and I have not received even a courtesy reply. This lack of response has taken a small, easily resolved issue and turned it into a much larger disappointment. As a customer who values your brand and has always enjoyed visiting your locations, I am disheartened by how this situation has been handled. I had trusted that your team would follow through, but instead I feel let down. I am hopeful this can still be corrected. Please advise on how the gift card value can be restored or another resolution provided. I would appreciate a prompt response so we can move forward positively.
