I think they should be more attentive and confirm they're picking up the correct order, since the customer isn't responsible for their negligence! We've been in a different city and passed numerous Tropical Smoothie locations just to order here and it has been like this for a few years. Cathy really trains the staff well and takes professionalism, cleanliness and kindness very serious. I appreciate the customer focused environment, the fact that my order is correct, the cleanliness of the store and staff appearance. Everything is considered at this location!
