The workers are pleasant and advise to “Have a good day” once I leave. It’s small pleasant things that I enjoy. This is my favorite smoothie location. Great job guys. Katie was asked if she could make the smoothie without sugar? And she replied “NO” VERY RUDELY! And did NOT help in any way! KATIE is a DISGRACE to this business. Tropical 🌴 Smoothie always had representatives there that were outgoing and friendly. KATIE is a HAZARD ⚠️ to this business. She needs to get educated on how to assist customers in a professional manner. Terrible 😣 experience!!!! I would give zero stars if I could! Just nasty 🤢
