I asked how they would be packaged and was told in drink carriers and bags. We got them laying all over the place in a box. They were spilled and upside down. I spent over $300. They also were not accommodating for delivery.

I went to hand her $50 bill after ordering my favorite smoothie and the cashier told me that this location takes nothing over $20. It’s money. That’s all I had. So you turn away a paying customer for having only a $50 bill. Unheard of. I will not be returning to the Collins Square Tropical Smoothie ever again. And she had the nerve to say ‘sorry love’; that added insult to injury. Awful customer service. Display the fact that you accept nothing over $20 on the door so that the customer has a choice before coming inside to order.
