Today after receiving my smoothie, I noticed on my way home that it Tasted different and they were big chunks of whey protein Coming up my straw, making the smoothie unpleasant to drink. I called the store to Make him aware of my issue in the general manager was very standoffish with me making me feel like I was being untruthful about my experience. I guess customer feedback is not important to the tropical smoothie company.

She was told she couldn’t purchase a gift card with a credit card, they only accept cash. She went to the bank withdrew cash and went back today. She was then told she couldn’t purchase a gift card because they don’t accept $50 bills. The employee at the register laughed at my mother because she remembered her trying to purchase on Sunday as well.

On my end, the order was received and my card was charged. On there end the order never popped up. I totally understand that those things happen. I am highly disappointed in how it was not resolved. The general manager was the one who was there. I asked her what I needed to do and she would not make my food even though it showed I already paid for it. She insisted I put in and pay for another order. So in total I would have paid 30$ for one bowl. I feel I should have been given the food because my card was charged.
