Called asked for a replacement and was told to come back and they would remake it. Came back and they refused to remake or justify the situation because the big bad boss would get mad. Word of advice, if your staff says they will rectify a situation keep your word. It resonates much better with public trust. This was such a good Tropical Smoothie location now it's just another restaurant that serves unfairly.
