Talked to manager and she was less than helpful telling me they couldn’t honor my free smoothie because I was 1 day late. The employees were not friendly at all, which shocked me because I come to this location a lot and never saw these particular girls, but they looked like a deer in headlights and wasn’t helpful or friendly. Most companies give you at least 30 days, or even a week but a day when I was dealing with an emergency and couldn’t pickup the same day. Let’s just say this Chick-Fil-A or Starbucks would never. I guess these greedy companies haven’t learned from the downfall of Target. I will never give this company any of my money. Do better, kindness goes a long way and great customer service!!!! You should try it !!!!

Then rather than hand me the bag the lady sits it on the counter barely makes eye contact and then just says sorry and walks away. That’s rude and I wasn’t being nasty at all. Just do better because you don’t know how the little things can impact a person’s day.
