  Dirty!! roaches and rats all around this location!! service is terrible, the cafe is sticky and covered in trash, and the bathrooms are gross

  The chicken quesadilla for 699 à la cart had about three pieces of chicken on each slice and they were smaller than any dice chicken I ever had so basically it’s a cheese quesadilla with a little bit of chicken scraps sprinkled in. I can get a full chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A. It’s for 699 à la carte so they need to work on their portion cause they’re making a lot of money. And, who serves a quesadilla without sour cream and they’re just making money hand over fist.

  I generally don’t do reviews unless I am really unsatisfied with my experience and this is one of those times. I frequent this location and most times have a satisfying experience but the last few months has not been very pleasant. Today, I went through the drive thru and was excited because I had a survey reward so I was supposed to get a discounted smoothie after doing the survey. The older lady who seems to be the morning/daytime shift manager told me the code was invalid which was disappointing since I did what they asked on the receipt. She comes off with nice nasty disposition which I think can be pretty rude and often slams the drive thru window in your face before you get your sentence fully out. I understand that customers can be difficult but I am not that kind of customer and no one should be treated that way. I then went to do the survey again while waiting on my food and presented her with the code. She takes over 10 minutes to go verify so I left because my food was getting cold. In addition, i asked for no bacon on my turkey sandwich because I dont eat red meat and it was rung up that way but they still put bacon on my sandwich and barely put any sauce. Oh and she also didnt ask what chips I wanted and just gave me baked lays. I am not pleased with my experience at this location and this is one of a few incidents recently. I may have to consider frequenting a different location.

  I ordered online and was given someone else’s order and the staff acted like I was the one who made the error. The shift supervisor, James, is extremely rude & disrespectful. Not only did he get smart and condescending with me, but he lacks basic respect, accountability, and the customer service skills that a supervisor should embody, despite he and his staff being the ones who made the error to begin with. Avoid this location if you expect any type of decent customer service experience. I will be reaching out to corporate about this horrible experience.
