At which point I was stuck in a long line of people who are ordering from said, and lost a large portion of my lunch break. With no food to show for it. Far be it from me to tell a business how to run its business, but that's frankly embarrassing. A garbage policy.

I was shocked to see in an employee wearing street clothes and his hair was all over his head no hair net or hat. He was the only one out of the bunch that looked ungroomed. A football team hoodie and some jeans that look like they were soggy and sagging off of his butt. Very shocked in Surprise. Working behind the counter and delivering food and touching orders very shocked. I cannot tell who the manager was or is they were even there. Working in civilian clothes should be against the law when working with food. They clothes the employees wearing look tattered and not clean. The cleaniness of the restaurant could use a touch-up. Employees talking behind the counter and long wait time for food at least 10 minutes for one item I ordered. Very shocked and surprised. What has this world come to.
