    Really slow service, dirty restaurant, and it was super cold in the building for some reason. I wouldn't really recommend this Taco Bell location.

    By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a Taco Bell in the Hampton roads area. The guy running the window told me to come in to use my coupon. I came inside and waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. I was asked who was I picking up for and stated I needed to place an order when the guy pointed at the kiosk on the wall he turned around to go back to the window when I spoke up and said you told me to come in here to use my coupon I’m in here. He said what do you want I stated a soft taco. He then shouted out to the dude making the food he needed a soft taco and walked back to the window complaining. He was fussing at the people at the window fussing about me coming in like he asked just not pleasant at all. I will drive ten more minutes for now on and give the other Taco Bell my business just to avoid this. Some serious retraining needs to happen here regarding customer service.

    This establishment has never been good. Not sure why this location specifically is terrible. Service is awful. Takes 15 for someone to talk on the speaker. There a “serves breakfast” sign out front yet they don’t have a breakfast menu. All and all just avoid this location.
