  Today at 3:10pm, I ordered a single beefy potato griller burrito and after the first few bites I was simply in awe. The way this burrito was prepared was nothing short of the best I've ever been served at taco bell. Their attitudes were all positive and I believe that was the biggest contribution as to why the beefy potato griller burrito was so delicious. Thank you Taco Bell at 5195 Shore Dr!

  I ordered off of door dash. The employee switched all my beef tacos for old stale chicken. And I said ok, I was upset but still ate one. Now I feel sick

  I had ordered a three beefy supreme tacos and a couple of hot sauces from. I don’t know the name of the person but she wasn’t very nice. She was very rude. Actually I had came on this screen to tell her that I just wanted the three tacos, Supremes and the thing she said to me first was what did you say and she kind of yelled it. then I got to the window and She gave me my order and I asked her for a senior discount because I’m 65 years old and she snatched my card put the discount on there and gave me my receipt back and then at the end when she gave me my food I told her to have a blessed day. Well, she didn’t say anything to me. She didn’t even look at me nice she slammed the window and said nothing. She has terrible personal actions with customers I’ve seen her before and she’s not been very nice. I don’t know who she is but maybe you can check it out. I got three taco Supremes on shore Drive at the Taco Bell and send you a copy of that receipt, but I don’t see where it says cashier Joy she was not very nice. Actually she was very rude. Thank you for your help. Maybe you can address this issue

  2 of my items were missing for my 2 box meals, dipping sauces were also forgotten , one of my burritos were literally RAW, even the wrap wasn’t heated up… for the price Taco Bell is now a days yall need to make sure our food is correct… noticed this all when I got all the way home so no point in going all the way back. Thanks.

  Whoever is in charge of ordering the Baja blast needs to be fired because we don't come here often but when we do we want Baja blast and the last five times we've come they're always out. Do better. Oh and get rid of the stupid AI ordering robot. Taco Bell y'all doin too much these days. Go back to the old ways to which y'all were built on.
