    I ordered and my total was 6.02 and since the recent step away from using pennies i didn’t have any and neither did the location instead of rounding down like other places like chic fil a she took my $7 and instead of getting 98 cents i got 95. So in summary I was punished for paying with cash. Why?

    I placed my order then when I came to pick it up they said the fryer was not working. I worked at a fast food restaurant and I never heard that. I been coming here all night for door dash orders and nothing was wrong. I feel I should get my order minus the fry items for free and get a refund because when I placed the order money came out of my account. But now I’m without my fry items because they want to say fryer is not working.

    I’ll start off by saying I’m only comparing this to other Taco Bell’s. The service was good, no complaints, but the food was terrible. What I ordered tasted stale and moldy. The ingredients were clearly very old and the burrito was watery and very haphazardly thrown together (i.e. the sour cream as an example was glopped at one end of the burrito. I was very disappointed in the food but as I said the service seemed nice.
