Mobile orders are rarely ready on time, and ordering inside or at the drive thru consistently takes 15+ minutes, or longer if there are more than a couple of customera ahead of you. The employees are friendly and seem to be working quickly, so i am not sure if they are chronically understaffed or what - but i would honestly rather drive a couple miles down the road for a better experience.

Will lock you out of the building with literally seven customers inside eating and waiting for orders, with the drive-thru super long. Just utterly ridiculous corporate parasite. They literally let your delivery order sit on a cold shelf for 30 plus minutes while you wait in a drive-thru because they can't come up with a better system. Staff was hella rude.

There are literally 2 employees in the whole store during the dinner rush. It may be bad management, but I'm like 90% sure that it's just basic corporate greed and ineptitude, trying to replace one employee with a terrible automated ordering system that never works and making sure the store is wholly understaffed to maximize profits. I genuinely don't know why I come here, even once a month at this point. That, and the prices for what taco bell calls food are just astronomical. It's taco bell. We know it's not good food, but no inflation justifies the prices these days.
