  Food was awful. We eat Taco Bell all the time near are house and they normally do good not great but this Taco Bell was terrible. Won’t make that mistake again.

  I placed an order through GrubHub and despite accepting the order, they never prepared it and left me waiting for almost 2 hours for an update on order completion. I had called this location twice for a verbal update on the order so I could understand if the issue was on them or GrubHub. The young male employee who answered had confirmed they were in fact accepting orders, even confirmed my name, then stated that my driver had just arrived and picked up my order. However that was a lie because my app had never updated to show that one of their drivers picked up the order. It has to be confirmed on their end before mine so this employee is a lazy liar. Said employee also kept saying "Doordash" order, proving that no driver came because I did not order through that service, which is distinctively noted on their order screens. I've worked in food and understand how the process works. There was no reason to accept the order then lie about it. Very weird behavior and I would not trust this location again in the future.

  this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to I we went through the drive-through and that only was the lady rude and basically giving us. I don’t wanna be here attitude. She also forgot my nacho fries. The only thing I asked for on the menu everyone else got their food, but I did not get my nacho fries. They are on the receipt, but alas, I only have the nacho cheese Where are my nacho fries? All I wanted was you?

  Very slow service. We waited 30+ minutes for our food, while other customers who ordered later were served before us. Staff focus seemed to be an issue, as one employee was seen using a personal phone in the back. Disappointing visit; cannot recommend this Taco Bell

  Rude. Not much else to say. Walked in, stood there as one worker saw us, stood there longer. Finally asked "yall trying to order?" I had a mobile order. Guy in window tosses the bag on the counter and walks away. Stood there longer bc as you could see on the receipt there shoukd he TWO drinks so had to wait for that. Said thank you have a nice day to just get their backs turned to us. So simple, rude. Grilled burrito was overcooked so the cheese was burnt to the outside and nothing was in it. None of the ingredients that it shows on menu were not in there. Awful.
