On the same order was a bacon egg and cheese that I was charged extra for the eggs that came with the sandwich. I did not ask for extra nor did I get extra egg or bacon. but for no extra charge I received the smallest amount of cheese I have ever seen on a sandwich.

I placed a mobile order last night for two sandwiches and a cookie. When my husband brought the order home, I noticed the cookie was missing, the sandwiches were not made properly, and the side of sauce we requested was also left out. Additionally, I had included specific instructions in the order notes, which were completely ignored. It’s frustrating to take the time to add notes only for them to be disregarded. I tried calling the location multiple times both last night and this morning, and no one answered the phone. I’m really disappointed in this experience and hope this feedback encourages better attention to detail and customer service moving forward.
- TRTammy RonbergJul 22, 20251.0My recent visit to Subway # 33671 on Shore Drive/Chics Beach was horrible. Besides our sandwich maker named Toro, who was polite, the experience was awful. They were out of some veggies, and the ones they did have were wilted. The store it self was not clean and outdated– there was water on the floor and a ladder in the corner. The other worker, a young kid without a name tag, was extremely rude. He was flipping Toro off, bullying him about his voice, and tossing things around in the back. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. Don’t go to this Subway.
