There was a guy two cars in front of me that was obviously causing trouble. When I ordered my Smashburger they said it did not come with cheese, which I did not know. I got to the window, took my order and drove away when I got home the Smashburger was OK, but it was sloppy. I don’t know what they did to their crinkle fries but they are horrible. They’re like chunks of little crinkle fries not big fries that you expect to get, total garbage. I don’t hold a staff responsible that’s a corporate decision, but I won’t be going back anytime soon
